A living curriculum where experience is examined, wisdom is recognized, and intentional choices become embodied practice.
The MWU curriculum guides students through the sacred movement from lived experience to conscious stewardship. Each lesson unites teaching, reflection, shared language, and practice.

The Marinated Woman University is not organized around deadlines, semesters, or the pressure to finish. It is an evergreen School of Becoming designed to be entered with willingness and experienced at a conscious pace.
The curriculum does not ask you to perform transformation. It invites you to participate consciously in it.
Each lesson explores a foundational movement in becoming. Students are invited to encounter the teaching, examine their lived experience, develop shared language, reflect honestly, and practice what they recognize.
You are not behind. There is no reward for rushing. Return to any lesson whenever life gives it new meaning.

Recognize what has been entrusted to you—and learn to protect, cultivate, and faithfully express it. The seed is the gift. Stewardship is the assignment.
Lesson 001 unfolds through five connected movements:
MOVEMENT I — RECOGNITION
The Sacred Creative Seed
MOVEMENT II — THE THRESHOLD
Intentional Choosing
MOVEMENT III — THE ASSIGNMENT
Stewardship
MOVEMENT IV — FORTIFICATION
The Fortified Woman
MOVEMENT V — EMBODIMENT
